These pages explain rules. They are not advice, and they are not your filing.

Published · Updated

evalesaree is an independent informational publication at 739 Pulaski Rd, Greenlawn, NY 11740. It is not the IRS, not a state revenue department, not a payroll company, not a law firm, and not an accounting firm. Reading a guide, emailing the desk, or calling +1 631 259 9006 does not create a client relationship.

Nothing on evalesaree.com is legal, tax, accounting, or employment advice. Do not withhold, deposit, classify a worker, or file a return solely because a sentence here seemed to fit.

Figures go stale

Wage bases, rates, minimum wages, and form due dates are written for the year named on the page and checked on the updated date. Legislatures and agencies change them. Your unemployment rate is on your rate notice, which can differ from the new-employer row we quote. If a page and a notice disagree, follow the notice and the current agency instruction, then tell us at [email protected].

Facts change the answer

A guide describes a typical private employer. Household employment, agriculture, public employers, nonresident aliens, tipped occupations, and multi-state work all have extra rules. We flag some of them. We do not list every exception. Your industry, headcount, and where the hour was worked can move you into a different wage order or a different tax.

No outcome is promised

We do not say that following a checklist will avoid penalties, pass an audit, or satisfy a lender or an agency. Agencies assess penalties from their own rules and from the facts of the account. We also do not claim that this website meets a third party’s advertising or certification standard.

Other companies’ names

The home page names Everee, ADP, Paychex, and Gusto because readers meet those companies when they look for a payroll processor. evalesaree is not affiliated with them, does not endorse them, and does not rank them. We do not open an account in your name, take a fee from them, or send you to their website. A mention of the IRS or a state workforce or revenue agency is a citation of a public rule. It is not a statement that the agency wrote, sponsors, or approves this publication.

This domain stays here

evalesaree.com does not redirect to another domain. The guides do not link out to a payroll company or an agency. Where a page names an agency, the name is the source to look up yourself. Nothing in an advertisement for this site should be read as an offer to process wages, file a return, or enroll you with Everee or any other provider.

What you can rely on this site to be

A set of dated, sourced explanations, published by a named operator you can write to. The about page says who that is. The editorial policy says how pages are updated. The terms of use say what license you have to read them. The contact page lists the telephone, the hours, and the three email addresses.

If you need a conclusion about your own payroll, take the guide to a certified public accountant, an attorney, or an enrolled agent who is engaged to look at your facts. We are not a substitute for that engagement.
